1. Made Fresh on Order

All Medley Bites products are freshly prepared upon order. Due to this made-to-order process, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once placed.

2. No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as our products are perishable and crafted specifically for each order.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• You receive a damaged product, or
• You receive an incorrect item

To request a refund:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photo/video proof via email or WhatsApp

Once verified, we will:

• Offer a replacement, or
• Process a refund, at our discretion

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after placing an order
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by courier partners
• Improper storage after delivery
